Paul Scates, Senior Training Specialist
Paul is the backbone of our training program and keeps our company up to date on best practices in the contact center industry. Paul began his career in the Marines where he was certified by the National Academy of Nuclear Training in performance-based training principles and methodologies. For eight years he designed, developed and presented procedural compliance training, skill training, safety and new hire orientation training to personnel in the nuclear industry. Paul later served at Tel-A-Train (later known as Primedia Workplace Learning) designing, developing and producing training video programs for industrial maintenance skills and technologies. With a history of communication and keyboard skill training for contact centers, Paul was brought in to the SupportSeven™ team. Paul completely redesigned the collector training program and continues to help our contact center develop and grow.
